Chocolate Mousse

Recipe (for 1/2 kg)

Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar and the vanillin until a foamy mass is formed. Add the chocolate powder to this mass and mix well to obtain a dry mass.
Combine the egg whites with 50 g of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Whip the cream in a separated bowl and reserve.
Add then the whipped cream to the mass and follow with the whites from down to top very smoothly.
Pour into a big bowl and pass to the fridge to get more consistency.

Result:
Serve the mousse in individual bowls decorated with natural flowers.
This mousse has a deep chocolate colour and taste.
It can be served also combined with different sauces of fruits.
