Iced Chocolate Drink

White Chocolate

Recipe (one litre)

In a freezing bowl mix all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer to homogenize well.
Put the bowl in the freezer to �18�C, taking out every 20 minutes for beating again thus avoiding big ice crystals formation.

Result:
We obtain an iced drink with a smooth texture with an intense colour and flavour of chocolate.

For increasing flavour intensity we can add more proportion of chocolate powder. If we wish a sweeter taste then we can increase sugar content.

Normally white chocolate ice drink needs more intensity, thus a higher proportion in the formula because it has less strong flavour than dark chocolate.
